1. Q. How long have Sunshine Photography been in business?

A. We photographed our first Professional Wedding in 1996.

2. Q. Do a couple get every picture taken on the day without any copyright?

A, Yes for our full day packages we give our couples all images taken as High Resolution Jpeg files allowing them to Copy, Facebook, Email and Print etc. Couples do not get copyright of images with half-day packages.

3. Q. For a wedding what time do you start and finish at?

A, For a full day package we start approx 1 hour before the service and finish at 8.30pm or after the 3rd dance which ever comes first, it can be arranged for us to stay later if requested. For a half-day package, we start 20 minutes before the service and leave when couples sit down for their meal.

4. Q. Can a couple request specific group shots?

A, Yes, we always ask for couples input to ensure they receive all the images they wish. (this is usually about 15 groups, on top of our selection)

5. Q. What happens if your camera breaks on the day?

A, We always bring additional equipment including cameras, flash guns, batteries and lenses with us, all equipment is high end professional and regularly serviced.

6. Q. Is your business insured?

A, Yes, we are fully insured to cover Public Liability & Professional Indemnity. Sunshine Photography recommend you ensure which ever photographer or wedding service you hire that they are fully insured before they are employed for your wedding.
(Please be aware for your own safety please note Rogue Traders may not be insured)

7. Q How long after our wedding do I get my images?

A, Usually 10-14 days.

8. Q How long do we get to choose our final album images?

A, We request that couples order their album 5-8 weeks after their wedding, if this is not possible we ask couples to let us know they need additional time.

9. Q How long does it take after we order our album do we receive it?

A, Some album styles can take up to 4 weeks others can be 12 weeks, obviously if ordering over holiday periods like Christmas it can take longer due to manufacturers holidays.

10. Q. Can I choose if a picture is to be black and white or part colour part black and white etc in my final album?

A, Yes, we always recommend that couples have input into their album, there is no additional charge for this extra service. It is also possible to choose a different selection of pictures for both parents books.

11. Q How much is the booking fee and when do I pay this?

A, Our booking fee is 200.00 this is paid when you return your booking form, this secures your date with us.

12. Q, When do I pay my final balance?

A, We always invite couples out to visit us a few weeks before their Wedding date, this allows them to ask any final questions, ensure they are happy with their album choice and finalise their Balance, we can accept Cheque or Card payment via our Chip & Pin machine (Please note. Credit Card payments carry a 2% of payment charge, Debit cards do not)
